Forma-Tech is set be one of the most efficient building products on the market. When used in conjunction with an architecturally passive solar design including double glazed windows in the appropriate position and correct ceiling insulation, Forma-Tech wall building technologies are the clear winner over conventional wall building systems.

Our latest innovation, a double concrete sandwich wall with air and service cavities, will mean dramatic cost savings in heating and cooling and more even temperature control for all types of buildings, including residential housing. 

Integral insulation helps prevent the building from heating up in summer and helps retains stored heat in winter.

The flexibility of our wall building system means that we can create an energy efficient wall to suit any climate from the tropics to the snow.

We use recycled material where possible and develop energy efficient products for sustainable living.

The patented plastic panels, special blend concrete and M12 steel rod used in our system resists white ants and vermin and more importantly far less chemical intervention is needed to keep these pests at bay.

OH&S Aware

Forma-Tech wall building technologies are structurally superior and comply with Australian and International Building Codes whilst being cost competitive to most standard building exteriors. The main frame work materials are lightweight and can be made from recycled plastic. A special high strength 32mpa concrete is pumped into the walls and construction is comparatively quick and easy with heavy lifting and manual handling significantly reduced. The Forma-Tech wall building system addresses many of the occupational, health and safety concerns that have become a major challenge in the building industry.
