1.Leaky formwork is created using patented plastic panels and brackets clipped together with structural steel and customer select insulation material.

2.After the formwork is completed it is filled with a special concrete mix, the concrete mix extrudes through the perforations, and is smoothed off with a rendering float.

3.A final topcoat render or textured paint can then be applied as required.
